    金属材料高应变速率拉伸试验的应用及现状

    Application and Status of High-Strain Rate Tensile Test of Metallic Materials

    • 摘要: 随着汽车开发周期的缩短,材料基础数据库的需求越来越迫切,钢材在动态条件下的力学性能检测变得尤为重要。不同试验室采用的测试标准、设备及数据处理方法不同,生成的数据通常不具有可比性。为了提高金属材料在高应变速率拉伸试验条件下的数据质量,对高速拉伸试验中的测试标准、试验设备、数据处理方法等关键试验要素进行了详细的分析。结果表明:高应变速率拉伸试验在试验设备和试验标准方面都需要进行一些改善。

       

      Abstract: With the shortening of automobile development cycle, the need for material database is more and more urgent. The test of steel mechanical properties under dynamic conditions is becoming more important. Different laboratories use different test standards, equipments and data processing methods, the generated data are usually no comparability. In order to improve data quality of metallic materials high-strain rate tensile test, the key test factors, such as test standards, test equipments and data processing methods, were analyzed in detail. The results show that high-strain rate tensile tests need to be improved in aspects of test equipments and test standards.
