拉伸试验方法国标与美标的差异分析及对国标的修订建议

Difference Analysis between National and American Standards of Tensile Test Method and Revision Suggestions on the National Standard

摘要: 从试样尺寸、试验设备、试验速率、结果表示方法及修约等方面对ASTM E8/E8M-16a与GB/T 228.1-2010之间存在的技术差异进行了对比分析，总结了两标准之间的差异，并对GB/T 228.1-2010提出了修订建议。结果表明：两个标准在具体规定上存在着较大差异，在进行试验时要熟知相关规定；对GB/T 228.1-2010拉伸试验关键技术问题给出了关于拉伸试样平行长度部分对称性、原始横截面积以及断后横截面积测量方法的修订建议。

Abstract: The technical differences between ASTM E8/E8M-16a and GB/T 228.1-2010 were analyzed from the aspects of sample size, test equipment, test rate, result representation and revision, the differences between the two standards were summarized, and the revision suggestions for GB/T 228.1-2010 were put forward. The results show that there are great differences between the two standards in specific regulations, and the tester must be familiar with the relevant regulations before the test. Revision suggestions of the key technical problems of GB/T 228.1-2010 tensile test about the symmetry of the parallel length part of the tensile sample and the measurenent method of original and after break cross sectional area were given.
