Several Controversial Issues during the Implementation of GB/T 228.1-2010 and ISO 6892-1: 2016

摘要: 通过对GB/T 228.1-2010与ISO 6892-1：2016的技术条款进行深入分析，讨论了几个因标准规定不明确或不详细而易引起争议的问题，包括：方法A与方法B拉伸速率范围不一致、速率敏感材料拉伸速率范围过宽、各向异性材料断面收缩率计算方法不合理等。在此基础上，对GB/T 228.1-2010的修订提出了一些建议。

Abstract: By analyzing the technical provisions of GB/T 228.1-2010 and ISO 6892-1:2016 deeply, several controvesial issues were discussed because they are not defined clearly or detaily in standard provisions, such as:the range of tensile rate for Methods A and B is not consistent, the range of tensile rate for rate-sensitive materials is too wide, and the calculating method of percentage reduction of area for anisotropic materials is unreasonable. On this basis, some suggestions on the revision of GB/T 228.1-2010 were put forward.
