    焊接试样机加工对不锈钢堆焊层铁素体含量测定的影响

    Effects of Welding Specimen Machining on Ferrite Content Measurement of Stainless Steel Surfacing Layer

    • 摘要: 以SA508Gr.3Cl.2低合金钢板不锈钢堆焊层为例,研究了焊接试样机加工对不锈钢堆焊层中铁素体数测定结果的影响,并通过对磁性法和化学法测得的铁素体数进行对比,找到了合适的焊接试样加工制备方法及铁素体数测定方法。结果表明:采用磁性法进行铁素体数测定时,应尽量不要对焊接试样使用锯床等进行切削加工,焊接试块被测表面仅用锉刀锉磨平整即可,且锉磨应沿焊道长度方向延伸,不得交错加工;采用化学法测定铁素体数时,焊接试样机加工对铁素体数测定结果无明显影响。

       

      Abstract: Taking the stainless steel surfacing layer of SA508Gr.3Cl.2 low alloy steel plate as an example, the effects of the welding specimen machining on the ferrite number measurement results in the stainless steel surfacing layer were studied. By comparing the ferrite number measured by the magnetic method and the chemical method, suitable welding specimen preparation method and ferrite number measurement method were found. The results show that saw cutting and other mechanical machining methods should not be performed when measuring ferrite number by means of the magnetic method. The measured surface should be rasped flat and along the longitudinal direction of weld without staggered processing. Welding specimen machining had no significant effect on ferrite number measurement results when using the chemical method.
