    GCr15钢坯轧制竹节状开裂原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Bamboo-Shaped Cracking of GCrl5 Steel Billet during Rolling

    • 摘要: GCr15钢连铸坯开坯时出现了竹节状开裂现象,通过化学成分分析、断口宏观分析、金相检验、竹节状开裂钢坯裂纹位置测量等方法,对钢坯开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:GCr15钢坯加热初期升温过快、热应力过大,导致钢坯开裂,在水冷梁位置处由于温差较大,钢坯更容易开裂,最终导致了GCr15钢坯竹节状开裂。

       

      Abstract: Bamboo-shaped cracking occurred when the GCr15 steel continuous casting billet was rolled, the causes of billet cracking were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, fracture macroscopic analysis, metallographic examination, crack location of bamboo-shaped cracking steel billet measurement. The results show that the GCr15 steel billet was heated too fast and the thermal stress was too high at the beginning of heating, which led to the cracking of steel billet. Due to the large temperature difference at the location of the water cooled beam, the steel billet more easily cracked, which eventually led to the bamboo-shaped cracking of the GCr15 steel billet.
