    应力控制和应变控制模式下304奥氏体不锈钢的应变强化

    Strain Strengthening of 304 Austenitic Stainless Steel under Stress Control and Strain Control Modes

    • 摘要: 通过应力控制模式和应变控制模式研究了304奥氏体不锈钢应变强化前后的力学性能。结果表明:应力控制可以准确地控制材料应变强化后的屈服强度;应变控制模式下应变强化后材料力学性能差别较大,在使用应变控制模式强化304奥氏体不锈钢时,其应变数值不能超过10%。在实际应用中,可以将应力作为应变强化的控制值,将应变作为应变强化的限制值。

       

      Abstract: The mechanical properties of 304 austenitic stainless steel before and after strain strengthening were studied under stress control mode and strain control mode. The results show that stress control could accurately controlled the yield strength of materials after strain strengthening. Under strain control mode, the mechanical properties after strain strengthening were quite different. When using strain control mode to strengthen 304 austenitic stainless steel, the strain value could not exceed 10%. In practical application, stress could be regarded as the control value of strain strengthening and strain as the limiting value of strain strengthening.
