    内耗测量技术在钢铁材料研究中的应用

    Application of Internal Friction Measurement Technology in the Study of Iron and Steel Materials

    • 摘要: 介绍了内耗测量技术的原理,并采用内耗仪对Q345钢和22A钢进行内耗测量。结果表明:内耗测量法可快速判定钢铁材料中固溶碳、氮原子的存在及含量;随着冷却速率的降低不同热处理态的Q345钢固溶碳含量增加,SK(Snoek)峰峰高逐渐增大而SKK(Snoek-K ster-Ke)峰峰高相应减小;在22A钢内耗曲线上可观察到明显的固溶碳、氮原子作用的SK峰、B峰和SKK峰。

       

      Abstract: The principle of internal friction measurement technology was introduced, and the internal frictions of Q345 steel and 22A steel were measured by internal friction instrument. The results show that the internal friction measurement method could quickly determine the existence and content of solid solution carbon and nitrogen atoms in iron and steel materials. With the decrease of cooling rate, the content of solid solution carbon of Q345 steel with different heat treatment states increased, the SK (Snoek) peak height increased, and the SKK (Snoek-Köster-Ke) peak height decreased correspondingly. Obvious SK peak, B peak and SKK peak of solid solution carbon and nitrogen atoms were observed in the internal friction curves of 22A steel.
