    非线性超声检测技术在T700型碳纤维复合材料早期力学性能测试方面的应用

    Application of Nonlinear Ultrasonic Testing Technology in Early Mechanical Property Test of T700 Carbon Fiber Composite Materials

    • 摘要: 对T700型碳纤维复合材料板进行轴向静力拉伸试验,采用非线性超声检测技术,研究其在不同拉力作用下测得的非线性系数和衰减系数的变化规律。结果表明:随着拉力的增大,非线性系数和衰减系数都有一定程度地增加;相比衰减系数,非线性系数的变化趋势更加明显,说明非线性超声检测技术对于碳纤维复合材料早期力学性能测试方面有较强的适用性。

       

      Abstract: The axial static tensile test of T700 carbon fiber composite materials was carried out, and the nonlinear ultrasonic testing technology was used to study the change rule of the nonlinear coefficient and attenuation coefficient under different tensile forces. The results show that the nonlinear coefficient and attenuation coefficient increased to a certain extent with the increase of tensile force. Compared with attenuation coefficient, the change trend of nonlinear coefficient was more obvious, which showed that the nonlinear ultrasonic testing technology had strong applicability to the early mechanical properties test of carbon fiber composite materials.
