    紫铜板布氏硬度试验的测量不确定度评定

    Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation of Brinell Hardness Test of a Copper Plate

    • 摘要: 依据GB/T 231.1-2009《金属材料 布氏硬度试验 第1部分:试验方法》进行了布氏硬度试验,采用两种方法评定了紫铜板布氏硬度试验的测量不确定度。结果表明:采用考虑硬度计最大允许误差的方法,试验结果为(50.7±3.5) HBW2.5/62.5,k=2;采用考虑硬度计系统误差的方法,试验结果为(50.7±2.1) HBW2.5/62.5,k=2;两者之间的差异来源于硬度计的最大允许误差和硬度计的系统误差。

       

      Abstract: Brinell hardness test was done according to GB/T 231.1-2009 Metallic Materials-Brinell Hardness Test-Part 1:Test Method, and two methods were used to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of Brinell hardness test of a copper plate. The results show that when evaluated by the method of considering the hardness tester maximum permissible error, the results of Brinell hardness test was as fallow:H=(50.7±3.5) HBW2.5/62.5, k=2. When evaluated by the method of considering the hardness tester system error, the results of Brinell hardness test was as fallow:H=(50.7±2.1) HBW2.5/62.5, k=2. The difference of above two methods originated from the maximum permissible error and the system error of the hardness tester.
