    金属压簧断裂原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Fracture of Metal Pressure Springs

    • 摘要: 某公司生产的φ0.5 mm金属压簧在使用一段时间后发生断裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、拉伸性能测试、断口微观形貌分析、疲劳测试等方法,对金属压簧的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该金属压簧在电镀工艺过程中吸入氢产生氢脆,裂纹在沿晶断裂区产生并扩展,最终引起压簧断裂;通过改变电镀液配比和电镀槽等方法可有效控制金属压簧断裂失效的发生。

       

      Abstract: The φ0.5 mm metal pressure springs produced by a company fractured after a period of use. The fracture reasons of the metal pressure springs were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, tensile property test, fracture micro morphology analysis, fatigue test and so on. The results show that the metal pressure springs inhaled hydrogen in the process of electroplating and produced hydrogen embrittlement, and cracks generated and expanded in the intergranular fracture zone, which eventually caused the fracture of the pressure springs. The fracture of the metal pressure spring could be effectively controlled by changing the ratio of electroplating solution and the electroplating bath.
