    自动扶梯和自动人行道动静载试验台的开发及对GB 16899-2011的修订建议

    Development of Dynamic and Static Load Test Rig for Escalator and Moving Walks and Revision Suggestions for GB 16899-2011

    • 摘要: 采用电液伺服原理自行设计研发了一种自动扶梯和自动人行道动静载试验台,对该试验台的结构原理、主要技术参数以及技术特点进行了简单阐述;利用试验台依据GB 16899-2011进行了大量的试验。结果表明:该试验台具有速度快、精度高、自动化程度高等特点;现行的GB 16899-2011存在描述不当之处,对该标准中的不当条款提出了相应的修订建议。

       

      Abstract: A dynamic and static load test rig for escalator and moving walks was designed and developed based on electro-hydraulic servo principle. The structure principle, main technical parameters and technical characteristics of the test rig were briefly described. According to GB 16899-2011, a lot of experiments were carried out with the the test rig. The results show that the test rig had the characteristics of high speed, high accuracy and high automation; and the current GB 16899-2011 had some misdescriptions, the corresponding amendments to the unsuitable provisions of the standard were proposed.
