    制样工艺对国产高强高模碳纤维复丝拉伸性能的影响

    Influence of Sample Preparation Process on Tensile Properties of Domestic High Strength and High Modulus Carbon Fiber Multifilaments

    • 摘要: 采用拉伸试验、扫描电镜(SEM)分析、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析等方法,研究了国产高强高模碳纤维复丝制样所用树脂体系、固化温度以及固化时间对其拉伸性能测试结果的影响。结果表明:国产高强高模碳纤维复丝的拉伸性能与制样树脂的固化程度相关,而与固化树脂体系关系不大,固化度在30%~70%时,树脂体系的固化度越高,复丝的拉伸性能越好;树脂体系的固化度与固化时间呈正相关的关系,复丝制样过程宜采用较低的固化温度和较长的固化时间来完成。

       

      Abstract: The influence of resin system, curing temperature and curing time on the tensile properties of domestic high strength and high modulus carbon fiber multifilaments was studied by methods of tensile test, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis and so on. The results show that the curing degree of resin and the tensile properties of sample preparation of high strength high modulus carbon fiber multifilament related, but it had little to do with the curing resin system, and the degree of cure in the range of 30%-70%, the resin curing degree is higher, the better tensile properties of the multifilament; and the curing degree of the resin system had a positive correlation with the curing time, multifilament sample preparation process should use lower curing temperature and longer curing time.
