    采煤机摇臂惰轮断裂失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Fracture of Rocker Idler Gear of a Coal Mining Machine

    • 摘要: 利用宏观检验、磁粉探伤、化学成分分析、金相以及硬度检验等方法对某采煤机摇臂惰轮的疲劳断裂进行了失效分析,确定了疲劳源微裂纹产生的原因。结果表明:惰轮在加工完成后的返修过程中挡圈槽处产生了切削微裂纹,微裂纹在摇臂惰轮工作时的交变载荷作用下不断扩展,最终导致惰轮疲劳断裂。

       

      Abstract: Failure analysis on the fatigue fracture of the rocker idler gear of a coal mining machine was carried out by means of macro inspection, magnetic particle inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic test and hardness test, and the cause of fatigue source micro-cracks was determined. The results show that cutting micro-cracks produced at the ring groove of the idler gear during its rework process after machining. The micro-cracks continued to expand under the alternating load of the rocker idler gear, and eventually led to the fatigue fracture of the idler gear.
