    常减压蒸馏装置的腐蚀调查与分析

    Corrosion Investigation and Analysis of Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Units

    • 摘要: 为找出常减压蒸馏装置的腐蚀薄弱环节,以便于日常维护与定期检修,对3套常减压蒸馏装置设备进行了腐蚀调查,并将调查结果汇总后进行分析。结果表明:常减压蒸馏装置的腐蚀主要集中在常压系统和减压系统,常压系统的腐蚀类型主要是常压塔顶系统的H2S+HCl+NH3+CO2+H2O腐蚀,减压系统的腐蚀类型主要是减压塔中部的高温硫/环烷酸腐蚀。应加强原油中硫与氯含量的监测,并选择适当的生产工艺,以改善腐蚀情况。

       

      Abstract: Find out the corrosion weakness of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, it is convenient for daily maintenance and regular maintenance. The corrosion investigation of three sets of atmospheric and vacuum distillation equipment was carried out, and the results were collected and analyzed. The results show that the corrosion of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was mainly concentrated in the atmospheric pressure system and the decompression system. The corrosion type of the atmospheric pressure system was mainly H2S+HCl+NH3+CO2+H2O corrosion of the atmospheric pressure tower system. The corrosion type of the decompression system was mainly the high temperature sulfur/naphthenic acid corrosion in the middle of the decompression tower. The monitoring of sulfur and chloride ion content in crude oil should be strengthened, and appropriate production process should be selected to improve the corrosion condition.
