    基于Weibull分布研究激光-电弧复合焊接接头的力学性能

    Research on Mechanical Properties of Laser-Arc Hybrid Welded Joints Based on Weibull Distribution

    • 摘要: 分别对高强钢和不锈钢激光-电弧复合焊接接头进行了室温拉伸试验、三点弯曲试验以及冲击试验,并利用Weibull分布分析了两种焊接接头拉伸、弯曲和冲击性能的稳定性和可靠度。结果表明:对于抗拉强度,不锈钢的可靠度更高;对于弯曲强度,高强钢的可靠度更高;对于冲击吸收能量,不锈钢与高强钢的可靠度相近。

       

      Abstract: The tensile test at room temperature, three point bending test and impact test of high strength steel and stainless steel laser-arc composite welded joint were carried out respectirely. The stability and reliability of the tensile, bending and impact properties of the two kinds of welded joints were analyzed by weibull distribuation. The results show that for tensile strength, reliability of stainless steel is better; for bending strength, reliability of high strength steel is better; for impact absorption energy, reliability of stainless steel and high strength steel is similar.
