    高密度聚乙烯塑料桶起泡原因分析

    Foaming Reason Analysis on High Density Polyethylene Plastic Buckets

    • 摘要: 用于盛装三氯乙酰氯溶液的高密度聚乙烯塑料桶桶身在短时间内出现起泡现象,根据高密度聚乙烯塑料桶的用途和结构特点,采用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热分析仪等多种仪器设备对该高密度聚乙烯塑料桶的起泡原因进行了分析。结果表明:高密度聚乙烯塑料桶起泡与塑料桶中含有碳酸钙成分直接相关,桶内盛装的三氯乙酰氯及其水解产物与桶自材料中的碳酸钙发生化学反应是导致其起泡的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: The high-density polyethylene plastic buckets used for containing trichloroacetyl chloride solution foamed in a short time at the bucket body. According to the usage and structural characteristics of the high density polyethylene plastic buckets, they were analyzed by infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer, thermal analyzer and other equipments. The results show that the foaming of the high density polyethylene plastic buckets was directly related to the calcium carbonate composition in the material of the plastic buckets. That the trichloroacetyl chloride contained in the bucket and its hydrolyzed products reacted with calcium carbonate in the material of the plastic buckets was the main cause for the foaming.
