    金属材料压痕微区力学性能试验

    Indentation Micro-Zone Mechanical Property Test of Metallic Materials

    • 摘要: 针对进出口金属材料快速通关的要求,对比了金属材料拉伸试验与压痕微区力学性能试验结果,并研究了材料表面状态对压痕微区力学性能试验结果的影响。结果表明:压痕微区力学性能试验结果与传统拉伸试验结果相差不大,两者均满足相关标准技术要求;材料表面状态的改变对压痕微区力学性能试验结果影响不大。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of rapid clearance of import and export of metallic materials, the results of tensile test and indentation micro-zone mechanical property test of metallic materials were compared, and the effect of material surface condition on the indentation micro-zone mechanical property test results was also studied. The results show that the indentation micro-zone mechanical property test results were similar to those of the traditional tensile test, and they both complied with the technical requirements of relative standards. The changes of the material surface state had little effect on the indentation micro-zone mechanical property test results.
