    高固含量无溶剂水性聚氨酯的结构和性能

    Structure and Properties of Solvent-Free High Solid Content Waterborne Polyurethane

    • 摘要: 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、丁二醇(BDO)等为主要原料,在不添加任何油性溶剂的情况下,合成了高固含量的无溶剂水性聚氨酯,并对该无溶剂水性聚氨酯乳液和胶膜的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:该无溶剂水性聚氨酯为聚酯型;其乳液黏度随固含量的增加而增大;其胶膜的结晶性能随着软段分子量的增加而增强,随着R值(异氰酸酯基与羟基的比值)的增加而降低;胶膜的拉伸性能则随着固含量的增加而有所降低。

       

      Abstract: With isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polybutylene adipate diol (PBA), dimethylolbutyric acid (DMBA) and butanediol (BDO) as the main raw materials, and in the case of not adding any oily solvent, the solvent-free high solid content waterborne polyurethane was synthesized, and the structure and properties of the solvent-free waterborne polyurethane emulsion and film were investigated. The results show that the viscosity of the solvent-free waterborne polyurethane emulsion increased with the increase of solid contents. The crystallinity of the polyurethane film increased with the increase of soft segment molecular weight and decreased with the increase of R value (the number ratio of NCO and OH). The tensile properties of the polyurethane film decreased slightly with the increase of solid contents.
