Abstract: In order to help the material testing laboratories successfully pass the NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) certification, the relative standards of ASTM G34-01(2013) and NADCAP material testing program were analyzed. The technical points which should be paid attention to during exfoliation corrosion tests and some practical experience were introduced from the aspects of test equipments, test reagents, sample processing requirements and so on.
