    基于数字图像技术的LY12铝合金形变分析

    Deformation Analysis of LY12 Aluminum Alloy Based on Digital Image Technology

    • 摘要: 利用VIC-3D数字图像技术、有限元模拟和万能电子试验机,对无孔和有孔LY12铝合金材料进行了应力演变分析和断口分析。结果表明:VIC-3D系统测得的应变云图与有限元法得到的相似,但有限元法得到的云图数值偏小;随着应力的增加,裂纹沿垂直于拉伸应力的方向扩展,当应变及应变速率均达到最大值时试样发生断裂;试样断口主要为韧窝型断口,表明该材料具有较好的韧性。

       

      Abstract: Based on VIC-3D digital image technology, finite element simulation and universal electronic testing machine, the stress evolution analysis and fracture analysis of non-porous and porous materials of LY12 aluminum alloy were carried out. The results show that:the strain distribution obtained by VIC-3D system was similar with that obtained by finite element method, but the numerical results obtained by finite element method were comparably smaller; with the increase of stress, the cracks extended in a direction perpendicular to the tensile stress direction; when the strain and strain rate were the largest, the specimens fractured; the fracture of specimens was almost dimple fracture, which indicated the material had good toughness.
