    15CrMo钢和12Cr1MoV钢的快速金相制样方法

    Rapid Preparing Method for Metallographic Specimens of 15CrMo Steel and 12Cr1MoV Steel

    • 摘要: 对15CrMo钢和12Cr1MoV钢的快速金相制样方法进行了探索,确定了一种磨抛光侵蚀剂法。结果表明:采用由25 mL蒸馏水、30 mL双氧水、2 mL氢氟酸和2 g草酸配置的磨抛光侵蚀剂,在室温下侵蚀试样约60 s,能够清晰地显示出15CrMo钢和12Cr1MoV钢的显微组织;该方法具有操作简单、耗时少、不受部件位置和形状限制等优点,可极大地提高现场金相制样的效率。

       

      Abstract: The rapid preparing method for metallographic specimens of 15CrMo steel and 12Cr1MoV steel was explored, and the grinding and polishing erosion reagent method was determined. The results show that:after etching in the grinding and polishing reagent consisting of 25 mL distilled water, 30 mL hydrogen peroxide, 2 mL hydrofluoric acid and 2 g oxalic acid for 60 s at room temperature, the microstructure of 15CrMo steel and 12Cr1MoV steel could be revealed clearly; the method had the advantages of easy handling, less time consumption and no restrictiveness of locations and shapes, and the efficiency of in-filed preparation for metallographic specimens could be enhanced greatly.
