    聚合物基复合材料拉伸性能试验方法国标和美标的对比分析

    Comparative Analysis on GB and ASTM Standards for Tensile Property Test Method of Polymer Matrix Composite Materials

    • 摘要: 全面对比分析了聚合物基复合材料拉伸性能试验方法美标ASTM D3039-14和国标GB/T 3354-2014的主要异同点,并对相关规定进行了理论及试验分析。结果表明:国标在试验环境条件、试样、试验设备、试验程序、试验报告等方面均有别于美标,二者可相互借鉴完善,并结合更多新材料测试的需求不断更新,考虑复杂试验环境和特殊情况,从而制定更适合我国航空航天工业及高端制造业的聚合物基复合材料拉伸性能试验方法标准。

       

      Abstract: The main similarities and differences between ASTM D3039-14 and GB/T 3354-2014 (the American and China standards for tensile property test method of polymer matrix composite materials) were comprehensively analyzed and compared, and some regulations in these two standards were theoretically analyzed and tested. The results show GB standard is different from ASTM standard in the aspects of test environment condition, test specimens, test equipments, test procedures, test reports and so on. These two standards can learn from each other and constantly update and perfect to meet the test demands of more new materials and to consider some complex test environment and special conditions, so as to develop a standard for tensile property test method of polymer matrix composite materials which is more suitable for China's aerospace and high-end manufacturing industry.
