大尺寸变形FGH96高温合金涡轮盘晶粒尺寸和硬度相关性的表征
Characterization of Relationship between Grain Size and Hardness of Large-Size Deformation FGH96 Superalloy Turbine Disk

摘要: 对大尺寸镍基变形FGH96高温合金涡轮盘沿径向进行了平均晶粒尺寸的统计分析,以及相应的硬度表征。结果表明:从盘中心到盘边缘,晶粒尺寸呈现增大的趋势,而硬度呈现递减的趋势;此外,从盘心到盘缘,局部硬度数值出现波动,是受盘件形状的影响造成的。Abstract: The average grain size of the large-size nickel based deformation FGH96 superalloy turbine disk in radial direction was analyzed statistically, and the corresponding hardness was characterized. The results show that the grain size increased from the center to the edge of the disk, and the hardness showed a decreasing trend. In addition, from the center to the edge of the disk, local hardness was changed in numerical fluctuations, which was affected by the shape of the turbine disk.
