    十字形试样双向拉伸试验

    Biaxial Tensile Testing of Cruciform Specimens

    • 摘要: 通过介绍不同的十字形试样设计方案、双向拉伸试验设备以及相关理论,综合性地回顾了双向拉伸试验技术的历史和现状,并展望了其发展趋势。通过已有的研究成果,总结了这种试验方法的先进性:能更加准确地反映金属板料在复杂加载条件下的力学性能,并能为材料塑性加工提供更加有力的理论依据。

       

      Abstract: The focus of this work was to present a comprehensive review of the history and current situation of the biaxial tensile test technology and to prospect its development tendency by introducing the different cruciform specimen design proposal, biaxial tensile testing equipments and related theories. By illustrating the research achievements, the advantages of the test method were summarized:mechanical properties of metal sheets under complicated loading conditions could be evaluated more precisely, and more effective theoretical basis for plastic materials processing could be provided.
