    Q195钢盘条折弯开裂原因分析

    Analysis on Cracking Reasons during Bending of Q195 Steel Wire Rods

    • 摘要: 规格为φ6.5 mm的Q195钢热轧盘条,拉拔至φ5.0 mm弯折后出现开裂。通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析的方法,对盘条折弯开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:严重的混晶组织在折弯力的作用下产生裂纹,裂纹沿夹杂物扩展,最终造成盘条的折弯开裂。

       

      Abstract: Q195 steel hot-rolled wire rods cracked during bending after drawing from φ6.5 mm to φ5.0 mm. The reasons of cracking during bending of steel wire rods were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that: severe mixed crystal structure led to the formation of cracks under the action of bending force; cracks extended along the inclusions, and finally caused the cracking during bending of the steel wire rods.
