Abstract: Based on case analysis and combined with F-test, t-test and E_n value method, the effectiveness of evaluation on comparison results between two laboratories was analyzed. The results show that through effectiveness evaluation, scientifically utilizing comparison results, finding the problems in time and carrying out the corrective measures are helpful to improve the technical ability of laboratories, reduce the differences of inter-laboratories, and improve the testing and management level of laboratories.
