    一种铅铋合金的金相试样制备方法

    A Preparation Method of Metallographic Samples of Pb-Bi Alloy

    • 摘要: 针对铅铋共晶合金的金相制样方法进行了研究,对比了机械抛光和电解抛光两种方法的抛光效果,通过改变电解抛光参数获得了铅铋合金真实的显微组织。结果表明:在高氯酸+冰醋酸(体积比为3:7)电解液中,在电压为1~8 V、时间为2~10 s的条件下,获得了没有变形层的铅铋合金的显微组织;相较于机械抛光方法,电解抛光方法的时间更短,效率更高,获得的铅铋合金试样的显微组织形貌质量也更好。

       

      Abstract: The preparation methods of metallographic samples of Pb-Bi alloy were studied, and the effect of mechanical polishing and electrolytic polishing was compared. The real microstructure of Pb-Bi alloy was obtained through changing the polishing process parameters. The results show that:in the electrolyte of perchlorate and glacial acetic acid with volume ratio of 3:7, metallographic samples without deformation layer could be obtained by electrolytic polishing when the electrolytic voltage was 1~8 V and the time was 2~10 s. Compared with that of the mechanical polishing method, the time of electrolytic polishing method was less, and the efficiency was higher, and the microstructure morphology quality of obtained metallographic samples of Pb-Bi alloy was also better.
