    TC4钛合金棒材的高温蠕变性能

    Creep Property of TC4 Titanium Alloy Bars at High Temperature

    • 摘要: 伴随着航空工业的发展,高温钛合金的需求也持续增长,其高温蠕变性能直接影响着材料的研发和使用。试验对现阶段应用范围最广的TC4钛合金棒材进行了蠕变试验,分析了在400℃及一定残余变形条件下,该材料的总延伸率、残余变形应力与时间的关系。结果表明:在400℃时,TC4钛合金棒材的蠕变稳定过程所需时间随着试验应力的增加而变短;稳态蠕变速率随着试验应力的增加而增大;在规定0.1%和0.2%残余变形的条件下,试验阶段内试验应力与试验时间在取对数的情况下呈近似线性关系。

       

      Abstract: With the development of aviation industry, the demand of high-temperature titanium alloy continues to grow, and its creep property at high temperature directly affects the development and use of this material. The creep tests carried out on the TC4 titanium alloy bars which had the widest application range. The relationship of total elongation, residual deformation stress and the time of this material was analyzed under the condition of 400℃ and certain residual deformation. The results show that:at the temperature of 400℃, the time required for the creep stability of TC4 titanium bars at 400℃ got shorter with the increase of test stress; the steady creep strain rate increased with the increase of test stress; under the condition of the specified residual deformation of 0.1% and 0.2%, the test stress had a approximate linear relation with the test time in the test stage after taking logarithm.
