Abstract: In view of the problem of high temperature furnace temperature control of the material testing machine, that is, the discrepancy between the actual specimen temperature and the displayed temperature on the controller, an improved testing machine high temperature furnace temperature control scheme-cascade control, was put forward. The results show that by this method, the problem of discrepancy between the actual specimen temperature and the displayed temperature on the controller could be solved well and the accurate control of the specimen heating temperature was realized. This method could provide reference for designers of high temperature furnace and furnace temperature control.
