    减压塔减三线环烷酸腐蚀原因分析

    Causes Analysis on Naphthenic Acid Corrosion of the Third Vacuum Distillate Oil System in One Vacuum Tower

    • 摘要: 对于加工高酸原油的炼油厂,其常减压装置减压塔高温部位通常会受到环烷酸的腐蚀。以某厂减压塔减三线部位发生的严重腐蚀为例,通过对油品、温度、材料、流体物理状态、高温缓蚀剂等方面,分析了环烷酸的腐蚀原因。结果表明:由于原油的劣质化,环烷酸在减压塔减三线部位发生浓缩,再加上材料中的钼含量未达到要求,塔内介质流速快等多个因素共同作用,造成该处发生严重的环烷酸腐蚀。最后根据环烷酸的腐蚀原因,提出了减缓减压塔环烷酸腐蚀的建议。

       

      Abstract: In the refineries processing the high acid crude oil, the vacuum towers of the crude oil units were usually subject to naphthenic corrosion in the high temperature area. Take the severe corrosion happened in the third vacuum stream oil system of one vacuum tower for example, the corrosion causes were analyzed from the aspects of oil quality, temperature, material, fluid’s physical condition, high-temperature corrosion inhibitor and so on. The results show that: due to the poor quality of the crude oil, naphthenic acid concentrated in the third vacuum stream oil system of the vacuum tower. In addition, Mo content of the materials didn’t meet the requirement and the flow rate of the medium in the tower was high, therefore the severe naphthenic corrosion happened in this area under the combined action of these factors. In the end, suggestions on mitigating the naphthenic corrosion in vacuum tower were proposed according to the corrosion causes.
