    不同标准20钢管韧脆转变温度的测定

    Measurement of Ductile-brittle Transition Temperature of 20 Steel Pipes up to Different Standards

    • 摘要: 氨制冷低温管道使用工况一般为低温、低应力,其设计温度往往按常温处理,该种管道大多数材料为20钢管。为了防止20钢管在低温工况下发生脆性断裂,试验选取执行不同材料标准的20钢管在一系列低温工况下进行夏比冲击试验,测定并比较了执行不同标准20钢管的韧脆转变温度。结果表明:执行国内不同材料标准的20钢管韧脆转变温度在-15~-25 ℃,可以参考其韧脆转变温度来设定材料的使用温度下限。

       

      Abstract: 20 steel pipes used in ammonia refrigeration system is generally in the state of low temperature and low stress conditions, while only the property at room temperature is considered. To prevent the brittle fracture of 20 steel pipes at low temperature, the ductile-brittle transition temperature (DBTT) is needed to be determined. Charpy impact tests at series of low temperature were carried out to determine the DBTT of 20 steel pipes up to different material standards. The test results of 20 steel pipes up to different standards were compared and discussed. The results show that: the ductile-brittle transtion temperature of 20 steel pipes up to different domestic material standards was between -15 ℃ and -25 ℃, which could be referenced to set the lower limit of using temperature.
