    2A14铝合金容器罐开裂原因分析

    Causes Analysis on Cracking of 2A14 Aluminium Alloy Container

    • 摘要: 采用化学成分分析、拉伸性能测试和显微组织分析等方法, 对2A14铝合金容器罐开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 2A14铝合金焊接接头熔合线附近存在的氢气孔是导致铝制容器罐开裂的主要原因。气孔的存在降低了接头的致密性及有效承载面积, 使接头抵抗变形能力下降, 最终造成容器罐开裂失效。

       

      Abstract: By means of chemical composition analysis, tensile property test, microstructure analysis and so on, the cracking causes of 2A14 aluminium alloy container were analyzed. The results show that the main reason for cracking of the 2A14 aluminium alloy container was the hydrogen holes near the fusion line of the welding joints. The welding hydrogen holes reduced the compactness and effective bearing area of the welding joints. The capacity of deformation resistance of the joints was weakened, and eventually it resulted in the cracking and failure of the container.
