    300M钢拉伸试样异常断裂原因分析

    Causes Analysis on Abnormal Fracture of 300M Steel Tensile Specimens

    • 摘要: 300M钢在进行拉伸试验时, 在试样夹持头过渡区发生异常断裂。通过化学成分分析、宏观检验、金相检验、硬度测试与扫描电镜分析的方法, 对试样异常断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 该试样的异常断裂与试样热处理过程中产生增碳现象和试样夹持头台阶设计不合理有关。

       

      Abstract: The abnormal fracture happened to the transition section of gripping head during the tensile test of 300M steel specimens. The specimens were investigated by means of chemical composition analysis, macrographic examination, metallographic examination, hardness test and SEM analysis, in order to find the causes of the abnormal fracture. The results show that: the abnormal fracture of the specimens was related to the generation of carburization phenomenon caused by the heat treatment, and the unreasonable design of the transition section of the gripping head.
