    连续球压痕法测试钢管应变时效后拉伸强度的变化

    Tensile Strength Changes of Steel Pipes after Strain Aging Measured by Continuous Ball Indentation Method

    • 摘要: 以不同状态的20钢国产新管和断裂管为研究对象, 采用连续球压痕与常规拉伸试验相对比的方法, 对不同状态钢管的屈服强度和抗拉强度进行了测试。结果表明:连续球压痕法能够准确反映应变时效前后20钢管的力学性能变化, 可以对不同状态的20钢管的力学性能进行无损测试。

       

      Abstract: With new 20 steel pipes in different states and fractured 20 steel pipe as study examples, the yield strength and tensile strength of the pipes were tested by the continuous ball indentation method and conventional tensile method respectively. The results show that the continuous ball indentation method could accurately reflect the changes in the mechanical properties of 20 steel pipes before and after strain aging and could be used to non-destructively test the mechanical properties of 20 steel pipes in different states.
