    方钢管断裂原因分析

    Reasons Analysis on Fracture of a Square Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 某Q235B方钢管在运输过程中发生断裂,采用化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验、断口宏微观分析以及俄歇能谱分析等方法对方钢管断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:方钢管断裂是由于热加工工艺不当,导致长条状碳化物在晶界析出及磷等有害元素在晶界偏聚,引起材料脆化,从而在运输过程中的冲击载荷作用下发生脆性断裂。

       

      Abstract: A Q235 square steel tube fractured during the transit, and the fracture reasons were analyzed by means of chemical compositions analysis, mechanical properties test, metallographic examination, fracture macro and micro analysis, Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) analysis and so on. The results indicate that the main cause for fracture of the square steel tube was related to the improper hot working process which caused carbides precipitating along the grain boundary and phosphorus element segregating at the grain boundary and induced material embrittlement, so brittle fracture happened under the action of impact load during the transit.
