    某高速铁路钢轨踏面伤损原因分析

    Reasons Analysis on Rail Tread Defects in One High-speed Railway

    • 摘要: 某高速铁路钢轨踏面存在多处凹坑。采用宏观观察、扫描电镜及能谱分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法,对钢轨伤损的原因进行了分析。结果表明:钢轨踏面凹坑是由于列车运行中金属异物压入所致;异物镶嵌在动车组车轮踏面上,随车轮转动对钢轨造成连续碾压,形成一系列凹坑;由于异物硬度远高于钢轨基体,因此异物压入后钢轨基体组织产生严重塑性变形和微裂纹。

       

      Abstract: Several pits were found on the rail tread in one high-speed railway. The damage reasons for the rail were analyzed by means of macro observation, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination and hardness test. The results indicate that the pits on the rail tread were caused by foreign metal pressing in the rail. The foreign metal was inlaid in the tread of the wheel, a series of pits were formed with the rotation of the wheel. Because the hardness of the foreign metal was much higher than that of the rail base metal, serious plastic deformation and micro cracks produced around the pits when the foreign metal pressed in the rail.
