    金属材料抗压强度测试的不确定度评定

    Uncertainty Evaluation on Measuring Compressive Strength of Metallic Materials

    • 摘要: 根据GB/T 7314-2005《金属材料 室温压缩试验方法》,建立了金属塑性材料抗压强度测试不确定度评定的数学模型;并以Q235钢试样为例,对试样横截面积计算和液压万能试验机力值测量引起的不确定度依次进行了评定。结果表明:试验用Q235钢的抗压强度Rmc=(645±5) MPa,包含因子k=2。

       

      Abstract: According to GB/T 7314-2005 Metallic Materials-Compression Testing at Ambient Temperature, The mathematical model for evaluating the measurement uncertainty of compressive strength of metallic plastic materials was established. And with Q235 steel as an example, the uncertainty components caused by sample cross-sectional area calculating and universal testing machine force measuring were evaluated, respectively. The results show that the compressive strength of the test Q235 steel Rmc=(645±5) MPa when the coverage factor k=2.
