    热处理工艺对Q245R钢板组织和性能的影响

    Effects of Heat Treatment Processes on Microstructure and Performances of Q245R Steel Plate

    • 摘要: 通过进行显微组织观察和拉伸、冲击、硬度等力学性能试验,研究了不同加热温度、保温时间、冷却方式的热处理工艺对Q245R钢板组织和性能的影响。结果表明:加热温度与冷却方式对Q245R钢板性能影响较大,加热到Ac1以上保温后空冷可适当降低钢板硬度和强度、提高钢板韧性,并且随着保温时间的延长,可使钢板强度和硬度下降;加热到Ac1以上保温后水冷,加热温度越高,水冷后获得钢板的强度、硬度也越高,韧性则越低。

       

      Abstract: Through the microstructure observation and mechanical properties tests such as tensile, impact and hardness test, the effects of heat treatment processes including heating temperature, holding time and cooling mode on the microstructure and properties of Q245R steel plate were studied. The results show that heating temperature and cooling mode had greater influence on performance of Q245R steel plate. Heating the steel plate at the temperature over Ac1 for proper time and then air cooling, could properly reduce the hardness and strength and improve the toughness of the steel plate, and increasing the holding time, the strength and hardness of the steel plate would also decrease. When heating the steel plate at the temperature over Ac1 for proper time and then water cooling, the higher the heating temperature was, and the higher strength and hardness of the steel plate were and the lower the toughness was.
