    尼龙丝切口形貌与旋转剃须刀锋利度关系

    Relationship between Fracture Morphology of Nylon Artificial Hairs and Sharpness of Rotating Shavers

    • 摘要: 为深入研究旋转剃须刀的锋利性能,用体视显微镜(SM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等设备,对旋转剃须刀切断的尼龙丝切口形貌进行了观察分析,并探讨了尼龙丝切口形貌与其切后卷曲长度以及剃须刀锋利度之间的关系。结果表明:尼龙丝被切断后的切口形貌可分为Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ 3个区域,其中Ⅰ区呈分层的“台阶”状形貌,Ⅱ区呈沿一定方向扩展延伸的形貌,Ⅲ区是最后撕扯形成的“卷边”形貌,在Ⅱ区和Ⅲ区之间存在呈“褶皱”状塑性变形带形貌的过渡区域;尼龙丝各区的特征形貌与尼龙丝的卷曲长度密切相关,尼龙丝切口Ⅰ区“台阶”状区域面积越大,过渡区的“褶皱”状塑性变形带越宽,其最终的卷曲长度也越长,旋转剃须刀的锋利度则越差,反之亦然。

       

      Abstract: To better study the performance of rotating shavers’ sharpness, the fracture morphologies of nylon artificial hairs cut by rotating shavers were observed by stereo microscope (SM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the relationship among fracture morphology and curling length of the nylon artificial hairs and sharpness of the rotating shavers was discussed. The results show that there were I, II, III, three regions in the fracture surface of nylon artificial hairs. Region I showed layered “step” morphology, region II showed morphology of grain extensions towards a certain direction, region III showed morphology of “crimp” and the eventual tearing off, and a transitional area between region I and region II showed morphology of a “fold” plastic deformation zone. The characteristic morphology of different regions was closely related to the curling length of nylon artificial hairs cut by rotating shavers. The larger the area of “step” morphology of region I and the wider the “fold” plastic deformation zone of transitional area were, the longer the curling length of nylon artificial hairs was, so that the poorer the sharpness of the rotating shavers were, and vice versa.
