    洁净钢检测新技术——钢坯镜面加工及全端面检测

    New Technology on Clean Steel Detection—Billet Mirror Processing and Whole End Surface Detection

    • 摘要: 介绍了洁净钢检测的两项新技术:钢坯镜面加工和钢坯全端面检测。借助于新研发的“重型超精密镜面铣磨一体化数控机床”试样加工装备,钢坯低倍试样表面加工可达到表面粗糙度Ra≤0.02 μm,其表面像镜子一样光亮,从而可在钢坯表面上进行非金属夹杂物检测;利用新研发的“大型金属缺陷综合检测仪”,可对钢坯全端面上的缺陷进行自动照相、计数、测量、统计及分布计算分析。以这两个新技术为支撑,可以把洁净度检测前移到钢坯,实现真正意义上的宏观洁净度检测,该检测方法相比常规洁净度检测方法更具有优势和发展前景。

       

      Abstract: Two new technologies for clean steel detection were introduced: billet mirror processing and billet whole end surface detection. By the recently developed processing equipment—‘Heavy-type CNC Machine Tool Integrated with Ultra Precision Mirror Milling’, the roughness Ra on the whole end surface of steel billet may be less than 0.02 μm, and it is just as bright as a mirror. So the non-metallic inclusions could be detected on the billet end surface. And by the recently developed equipment—‘Large-type Comprehensive Metal Defect Detector’, the defects on the whole end surface of the billet may be automatically photo taken, counted, measured, calculated and analyzed. Supported by these two technologies, the clean steel detection could be finished on the billet and realized true macro cleanliness detection. This method has a great advantage and development prospect compared to conventional cleanliness detection method.
