    SA-210C钢管扩口裂纹的产生原因分析

    Causes Analysis on Crack of SA-210C Steel Tube during Flaring

    • 摘要: 通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相分析及能谱分析的方法,对SA-210C钢管扩口星状裂纹的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明: 钢管在浇铸过程中中间包水口耐材脱落形成夹杂物, 在扩口试验中夹杂区域受拉应力作用产生裂纹并扩展,最终形成宏观星状裂纹。

       

      Abstract: The causes of star cracks of SA-210C steel tube during flaring process were analyzed through macroscopic inspection, chemical composition, metallographic analysis and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the refractory of the tundish nozzle fell off during the casting process, and formed the inclusions in the steel tube. During the flaring process, the crack formed and expanded in the inclusion area under the action of the tensile stress, and eventually became the macroscopic star crack.
