    深度-敏感压痕测试技术在高温炉管力学性能变化研究中的应用

    Application of Depth-Sensing Indentation Testing Technology in Studying the Mechanical Properties Change of Boiler Tubes

    • 摘要: 为了研究长期服役后锅炉高温炉管沿着壁厚方向的力学性能变化情况,以服役超过105 h的末级过热器管(材料102钢)为研究对象,采用深度-敏感压痕(DSI)测试技术得到一组沿试样壁厚方向的硬度、压痕残余深度和压痕塑性功3个力学参量,并引用Dao M等人提出的方法计算得到了屈服强度,定量揭示了高温炉管沿着壁厚方向屈服强度的变化规律。

       

      Abstract: In order to identify the change of mechanical properties along the wall thickness of long-years-served boiler tubes, a group of 3-parameter data including micro area hardness, indentation remaining depth and plastic work along the wall thickness of a finishing superheater tube which had serviced for 105 h, were obtained by depth-sensing indentation (DSI) testing technology. Then by introducing M Dao’s method, the yield strength of certain area was deduced. So the strength change trend along the tube wall thickness could be revealed quantitatively.
