    锻钢曲轴曲柄臂过渡面裂纹的产生原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Crack of Journal Transition Plane of Forging Crankshaft

    • 摘要: 通过宏观观察、金相检验和硬度测试等方法,对汽车发动机曲轴加工过程中产生的裂纹进行了原因分析.结果表明:曲轴轴颈至拐臂过渡平面上的细小裂纹,符合磨削裂纹的特征,属于典型的磨削裂纹.磨削裂纹的产生是由磨削热所致,主要与磨削加工工艺不合理有关,降低磨削热是消除磨削裂纹的关键.

       

      Abstract: The crack on crankshaft of automobile engine was analyzed by macroscopic observation,metallographic inspection and hardness testing methods.The results show that the tiny crack on the transition plane of crankshaft journal to crank arm had the characteristic of the grinding crack.The tiny crack was the typical grinding crack.The formation of grinding crack was mainly caused by grinding heat due to unreasonable grinding process.Reducing the grinding heat was the key to eliminate the grinding crack.
