Abstract: The alloy of GH4099 was used as honeycomb core and outer skin materials for metal honeycomb structure which had the features of high temperature resistant and light weight.The defect existing in the brazing part of honeycomb core and outer skin was analyzed and classified,and the microstructure and the chemical composition of the brazing part were also studied.
