    民航维修领域金属材料洛氏硬度检测标准的对比分析

    Comparison and Analysis on Standards of Metal Material Rockwell Hardness Test in Civil Aircraft Maintenance Field

    • 摘要: 金属材料洛氏硬度及表面洛氏硬度的检测,在民航维修领域的力学性能测试方面有着非常重要的意义.笔者将美国材料与试验协会(ASTM)制定的ASTM E18-2014与国内金属洛氏硬度检测系列标准GB/T 230,在试样的表面粗糙度、试验步骤、试验报告、检验(直接检验和间接检验)、误差、标准硬度块的标定和标准机的校准以及测量不确定度的评定几个方面进行对比分析.结果表明:国标在试验力的精确度、试验力循环时间、间接检验周期、对试样本身的要求和硬度计的示值误差及示值重复性等易于控制的方面要求更加严格,给定参数更加详细,便于操作者在试验过程中进行查询;而ASTM标准在试验力保持时间、压头规格允许的误差及总试验力允许的误差等方面要求更加严格.

       

      Abstract: The Rockwell hardness test of metal material and material surface is very important for mechnical property test in civil aviation field.The two corresponding standards of ASTM E18-2014(established by American society for testing and materials) and domestic GB/T 230 were compared and analyzed in the following aspects:the specimen surface roughness,test procedure,test report,direct and indirect verification,test error,calibration of standard block and standard machine,and measurement uncertainty evaluation.Through the comparison and analysis,it was found that the requirements of GB standard were stricter in the aspects easy to control,including test force accuracy and cycle time,indirect verification cycle,demand of the specimen,indication error and indication repeatability of the hardness machine.The given parameter in GB standard was also more detailed so as for the tester to reference.However,ASTM standard was stricter in dwell time of test force,allowable error of indenter and total test force,and other aspects.
