    测量铜合金电导率的方法比较

    Method Comparision of Electrical Conductivity Measurement of Copper Alloy

    • 摘要: 选取了3种不同电导率的铜合金,分别用直流电阻电桥法与电磁涡流法测量其电导率,比较了两种方法的试验原理、操作方法等对试验数据准确性的影响.结果表明:在相同的试验条件下,两种试验方法的试验数据非常接近,可以互换使用;直流电阻电桥法的测量数据较为稳定,但对试样尺寸有一定要求;电磁涡流法试验简便,适合作为一种快速检测方法来使用,但其测量的准确性受电磁场干扰、手持探头与试样表面的耦合状态等因素影响很大,不同的试验人员可能会测得不同的试验结果.

       

      Abstract: Three kinds of copper alloy were chosen to measure the conductivity by DC resistance bridge method and electromagnetic eddy current method.The test theory and the data accuracy affected by the operation procedures were compared with each other.The results show that under the same test condition,two groups of test data were very close and replaceable with each other.The test data of DC resistance bridge method were relatively stable,but the requirements of specimen size were relatively strict.The procedure of electromagnetic eddy current method was much more convenient,so it was suitable for quick measurement.But the test accuracy of electromagnetic eddy current method was greatly affected by the interference of the electromagnetic field,the coupling state of hand-held probe and sample surface and so on,and different test conductor may obtain different results.
