    硬度差在核电站反应堆压力容器主螺栓验收时的特殊应用

    Special Application of Hardness Deviation in Quality Acceptance of Main Bolts of Nuclear Reactor Pressure Vessel

    • 摘要: 有别于其他钢棒,核电站反应堆压力容器中的主螺栓由于其直径大、成本高,如用传统的抽样方法进行力学性能检验则代价高昂.在核电工程应用中另辟蹊径,运用硬度差作为确定材料批量的条件之一,在保证检验可靠性的前提下解决了经济性难题.从工程原理的角度出发,解读了该方法的合理性和必要性.

       

      Abstract: Due to the large diameter and high cost,the traditional random sampling would be a costly method for mechanical property inspection of main bolts of nuclear reactor pressure vessel,which were different from other steel bars.In nuclear power engineering,the hardness deviation method was applied in selecting specimen batch of main bolts,which properly solved the cost problem on the premise of ensuring the inspection reliability.The reasonability and necessity of the hardness deviation method were expounded from the perspective of engineering principle.
