    抗H2S腐蚀性能试验中的一种慢速通气方法

    A Kind of Slow Aerated Method for H2S Corrosin Resistance Performance Test

    • 摘要: 在依据NACE TM0177-2005中的A法进行硫化物应力腐蚀(SSC-A)试验和NACE TM0284-2011进行氢致开裂(HIC)试验时,提出了一种慢速通气方法,并采用碘量滴定法测定了溶液中H2S的质量浓度,同时对H2S在溶液中达到饱和的时间和H2S达到饱和时溶液的pH值进行了研究.结果表明:采用慢速通气法进行SSC-A试验和HIC试验分别比标准要求的快速通气方法每次试验可节约800 mL和1 695 mL H2S气体,大大降低了试验成本,减少了有毒气体H2S的排放,同时还可保证试验结果的可靠性和真实性.

       

      Abstract: A kind of slow aerated method was proposed when carrying out sulfide stress corrosion (SSC-A)test and hydrogen induced cracking (HIC)test according to the standard of NACE TM0177-2005 and NACE TM0284-2011 respectively,and iodometric method was used to measure the mass concentration of H2S in the solution.At the same time,the time of H2S reaching saturation and the pH value of the solution were studied.The results show that every SSC-A test and HIC test could save 800 mL and 1 695 mL H2S gas respectively after adopting slow aerated method compared to original fast aerated method required in NACE TM0177-2005 and NACE TM0284-2011.So slow aerated method can greatly reduce the test cost and emissions of toxic gas H2S,as well as ensure the reliability and authenticity of the test results.
