    汽车用薄钢板表面波纹度试验方法

    • 摘要: 为了满足汽车产品设计开发选材和大规模生产中汽车用薄钢板原材料实物进厂检验评价的实际使用需求,根据国内外汽车板的生产情况,借鉴国内外薄钢板表面波纹度测试的方法,并经过大量的比对试验和验证试验,总结出了一种突出汽车用薄钢板特色、方便现场有效指导具体操作的汽车用薄钢板表面波纹度试验方法.9 a(年)的实践检验结果表明:该试验方法测试参数设置、试样制备要求和测试位置设计合理,测试流程可操作性强,测试过程稳定可靠,测试数据与钢厂无争议,是一个与ISO国际标准接轨、可在汽车行业通用的汽车用薄钢板表面波纹度试验方法.

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the actual application requirement in automotive products material selection,design and development,as well as factory inspection and evaluation of automotive steel sheet raw materials in mass production,according to the automotive steel sheet production conditions in national & international fields and referring to the steel sheet surface waviness testing method,a kind of surface waviness testing method which highlighted the characteristics of automotive steel sheets and was convenient to effectively guide on-site specific operations,was summarized after a plenty of comparison test and verification test.9 years of testing practices and inspection results show that the testing method is reasonably designed on testing parameters setting,sampling requirement and testing positions,the testing procedure has an excellent operability,the testing process is stable and reliable,and the testing data have no controversy with steel plants.And the testing method can align with the ISO international standards,and can be generally adopted in automotive field on automotive steel sheet surface waviness testing.
