    多次调质对C110钢组织和摩擦磨损行为的影响

    The effect of multiple quenching and tempering on the structure and friction and wear behavior of C110 steel

    • 摘要: 对C110无缝钢管进行调质处理,研究了调质次数对C110钢组织和摩擦磨损行为的影响。结果表明:随着调质次数的增加,C110钢晶粒发生细化,但细化效果越来越不明显,且材料中第二相不断聚集、长大;在晶粒度和第二相的共同影响下,C110钢的硬度随着调质次数的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势;经二次调质处理后,C110钢的晶粒细化明显,细晶强化效果显著,而第二相长大不明显,材料的耐磨性能最好。

       

      Abstract: The effect of quenching and tempering times on the microstructure and friction and wear behavior of C110 seamless steel pipe was studied. The results show that with the increased of quenching and tempering times, the grain size of C110 steel was refined, but the refinement effect was becoming less and less obvious, and the second phase in the material continued to aggregate and grow. Under the joint influence of grain size and second phase, the hardness of C110 steel showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increased of quenching and tempering times. After secondary quenching and tempering treatment, the grain refinement and fine grain strengthening effect of C110 steel were significant, while the growth of the second phase was not significant, indicated the best wear resistance of the material.
